We currently only ship to: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

  • Some overseas shipping rates are subject to fuel surcharges which change from time to time. Please call for shipping costs when ordering.
  • Unless you order and collect the goods from our trade counter, we will deliver them in accordance with your order.
  • A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery.
  • In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately.
  • You must not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts.
  • Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your risk.
  • In spite of delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price for the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due to us from you.
  • Until title in the goods passes from us, you shall hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee and shall store the goods at your own cost separately from all other goods in your possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as our property.

Payment & Acceptance
If you buy an item from Cleaning Superstore on the phone, in-store or online you will be charged for an item at the time you place your order. After this time, you cannot amend your order.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch an item to you, at which point a contract will be made between us.

At any point up until then we may decline to supply an item to you. If we decline to supply an item to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy below.
Where items are despatched separately, our acceptance of the order in respect of each item takes place when that item is dispatched.

Refund Policy
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Receiving your delivery
All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. The delivery method used is based on the weight of the order.

Please note that all deliveries by Parcelforce will be made between approx 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a later date or to collect from the nearest parcel company depot.

Our courier operates on a proof of delivery basis (this being a signature on arrival).

Please note that you should NEVER sign for goods that appear to be damaged or tampered with in any way. Please inspect the items before signing for them. This is very important because once you have signed for the item you waive both your and our right to make a damaged in transit claim against the courier company.

We ensure that items leave our premises in good condition. If damage occurs in transit and you identify this, you have the right to refuse delivery and we encourage this.

If you accept the item and sign the POD or proof of delivery, we are unable to file a claim for damaged goods in transit and consequently we cannot compensate you for your loss.

Our couriers are generally very good, but occasionally an item may not be 100% perfect. Please note that we cannot compensate you for damaged items after you sign for them.

If they are damaged in transit either sign for it as damaged or refuse the package due to damage or refuse it unexamined.

Please note if your package is large Royal Mail will attempt to deliver by hand and if no-one is there, they will leave a card for you to pick up the item. Occasionally they do not leave a card but return the item to the local post office. If you do not have your package within 6 days please call your local post office to see if they are holding it for you.

Terms for delivery
Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Cleaning Superstore shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused.

Despatch cut off are as follows. Items will be despatched on a 48 hour service, subject to stock availability. Please note items can go out of stock and there may be a delay in updating the website therefore whilst we endeavour to ensure this is accurate, on occasions this does not reflect actual stock levels.

Delivery charges are correct at time of writing. However, these can be subject to change at short notice by a carrier. If delivery charges have increased from those quoted we will advise you prior to despatch. Should you wish to cancel your order at that point a refund will be given.

Goods availability

Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days or, in the case of an account customer, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.
